Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

Return Period: Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes:

Returns without a completed returns form cannot be processed and will be disposed of after 30 days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the refund will be processed minus any customs duties, return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees we incurred, even if you qualified for free delivery.

Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
