If you wish to return your order, you must notify Face the Future within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in a fully resalable condition, with all original inner and outer packaging intact. Products must be unopened and unused where applicable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and, where applicable, process your refund to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Administration Fee
A £4 administration fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing your return.
This fee will not apply where:
- The item is faulty
- The item has been damaged in transit
- The incorrect item was supplied
- Face the Future is otherwise required by law to provide a full refund
Any fee charged will be limited to the reasonable costs incurred by Face the Future in processing the return.

Important Notes:
Returns without a completed returns form cannot be processed and will be disposed of after 30 days.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, the refund will be processed minus any customs duties, return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees we incurred, even if you qualified for free delivery.
Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.
